Love the new stands! They are heavier than the original, and display beautifully on any heart or potluck table. This was a great backdrop for our 4th of July block party, adding a bit more to the festivities. Way to go with this new product! You rocked it!.
When I saw this, I thought what a brilliant idea because my family celebrates summer birthdays on vacations at the beach, I am unable to fully decorate since it’s not my home. The Birthday Butler allows me to put up banners without any damage to walls, etc. Very well-made, sturdy and beautiful! Extremely pleased!

Absolutely love this stand!!! Love the quality and the silver too! Solid product! The only issue I had and I already left a message to get a replacement, but the pole that screws into the base didn’t screw in all the way but I still used it and it still was a hit with my daughter!! Thank you for this wonderful stand and for getting my replacement sent out quickly as I just received the replacement today!

Took me too long to write this review as my experience definitely deserved some accolades! So here goes. Truly such a fun item to have for whatever you might be celebrating! SUPER stylish, excellent craftsmanship and very well made. The banners exceeded my expectations, made from thick card stock attached to a cord they are durable and made to last. Beyond the product itself, which is fantastic, the customer service is top notch! I inadvertently didn't select expedited shipping while ordering and messaged them after I ordered. Since it was a Saturday, I wasn't expecting a response until Monday, but Valerie got back the same day! She took care of my issue, made sure all was taken care of when the fulfillment team was back in on Monday and I received my order in time for my husband's retirement party. I received my Birthday Butler order with wrong banner. Contacted BB customer service and they sent me the correct banner plus bonus banner for my inconvenience. I will be ordering more banners for future parties. Stands were perfect weight for holding up banners. Also banners are double sided for 360 view. Great product!
