Shipping Policy for Orders within the USA
We ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday or Tuesday.
Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday..
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We currently offer free shipping within the USA on orders over $150.
We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the product and the shipping address.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and you will be notified accordingly.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to Hello@BirthdayButler.com. Please provide details so that we can make it right.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the U.S.

If you don’t love your product, simply email us at Hello@BirthdayButler.com and we will refund the price of your order or send a replacement. Your choice.
