A little help for the host.
Thanksgiving is a lot to carry. So we put together something to lighten it: a keepsake guide with the drinks, the table and the small traditions, all in one place. Consider it our way of saying thank you for being part of Birthday Butler.

- 1The Give Thanks centerpiece. Stand and banner.
- 2The Give Thanks banner. Double-sided, laminated, ready to clip.
- 3Amber glass votives for a warm, steady glow.
- 4Pumpkins, gourds and corn stalks in mixed sizes.
- 5A wooden bowl of pomegranates as the centerpiece.
When guests and family arrive at your house, nothing says welcome to our home like a Birthday Butler setup. It sets the stage for what’s about to come... (yum!)
And the best part: when the pie is gone, swap it out for the next celebration, even if it’s just a snow day.
Pour something everyone can toast to.

Cranberry Ginger Sparkler
Make it: Fill a glass with ice. Add 1½ oz vodka, 2 oz cranberry juice and 1 oz cider, then top with ginger beer.
Spiced Cider Fizz
Make it: Warm the cider with the cinnamon and cool slightly. Pour 3 oz over ice with 1½ oz bourbon and finish with a splash of sparkling water.
After-Dinner Espresso Martini
Make it: Shake 1½ oz vodka, 1 oz coffee liqueur, 1 oz espresso and ½ oz vanilla syrup over ice until frothy. Strain into a coupe and dust with cinnamon.
Line up the juices, ice and garnishes, then clip a Give Thanks banner. The corner looks planned, and you are free to enjoy your guests.
Start one this year.
The gratitude jar
Set out slips and a pen at arrival. Read them aloud after the blessing.
Jobs for the kids
Greeter, napkin folder, music chooser. Give each a name tag with the title.
A butcher-paper kids’ table
Cover the end of the table, leave crayons out, and let them decorate it.
Friendsgiving, too
